DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – 13 Autosport adds British racer Ben Green to join Orey Fidani, Matt Bell, and Lars Kern as the fourth driver of the No. 13 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R for the 2026 Rolex 24 At Daytona.
Green, a proven GT racing standout with a wealth of endurance experience and a reputation for precision under pressure, brings additional depth to this championship-pedigree lineup. Notably, the 2021 DTM Trophy winner has shown great adaptability across GT platforms and his rapid pace makes him a natural fit for the team’s ambitions heading into the new IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season.
“Ben is fast and consistent,” said team owner and driver Orey Fidani. “His background and success speaks for itself, he is very talented and a proven winner across many highly competitive championships. Daytona demands a team that trusts one another completely, and adding Ben gives us exactly that. We’re coming into the 24 Hours with renewed confidence and we know we have what it takes to fight for a win. I’m very confident in this team and lineup, and we’re all looking forward to getting back to Daytona soon.”
Green will also be taking part in the Roar Before the Rolex 24 in January with the 13 Autosport team as he joins the full lineup for the Rolex 24.
“I’m thrilled to be joining 13 Autosport and Team Chevy for the Rolex 24 at Daytona,” stated Ben Green. “It’s a race I’ve always dreamed of competing in, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone involved in bringing this program to life. We’ve got a strong lineup and high expectations, so I’m looking forward to meeting the full crew in January and getting to work. I can’t think of a better way to kick off 2026. The IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship has an extremely competitive field, and this is one of the toughest endurance races in the world to win, but I already feel like we have the resources to be in a great position to fight at the front.”
“It’s very exciting to be returning to this driver lineup with Orey and Lars,” added full-season driver Matt Bell. “We’ve built a great partnership behind the wheel and a great friendship out of the car as well, it’s an awesome group to be a part of. That also extends to the whole crew under the new 13 Autosport banner. There are lots of new things coming here, but essentially all the same core group of people that helped make us so successful over the last 4 years that I’ve been here have remained. I’m very happy to welcome Ben into the team. His mix of speed and experience is a perfect addition to help us retain our Daytona crown. Bring on 2026!”
“Great to be returning with the same crew and same drivers,” echoed Endurance Cup driver Lars Kern. “This is a very exciting time for this team. We’re coming into a new season with a sense of familiarity, we’re ready to build on everything this group has achieved so far. We’ve got a different logo but the same core group and approach that won us 24 Hours of Daytona 10 months ago. We’re all very happy to be welcoming Ben on board. He is exceptionally talented and will bring a fresh perspective, and we’re all confident together we’ll be a contender for the GTD class win again.”
This announcement comes on the heels of 13 Autosport’s newly unveiled branding, a bold identity that reflects the team’s evolution and is proudly rooted in Canadian heritage. “Our new logo is more than a fresh look, it’s a nod to where we come from,” said Mississauga-native Orey Fidani. “It reflects our Canadian legacy, our values, and the pride we carry into every race. We wanted something that felt distinctly Canadian, strong, and unmistakably ours, and I think this identity captures exactly who we are as a team.”
