Bryan Herta Autosport Names First Driving Pair for 2024 Season

Preston Brown and Denis Dupont Will Share the No. 76 Hyundai Elantra N TCR

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Bryan Herta Autosport with Curb-Agajanian (BHA) announced today that Preston Brown and Denis DuPont will drive the No. 76 Hyundai Elantra N TCR in the 2024 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge season.

“We are pleased to welcome Preston and Denis to the team, I am confident they will give us another strong combination on race day and look forward to seeing them integrate within our group,” said team owner Bryan Herta.

Brown tested with BHA in a Hyundai Elantra N TCR racecar in November at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

“After two years in IMSA Pilot Challenge, I am thrilled for the opportunity to race with the competitive package BHA offers with the Elantra N TCR,” he said. “Our recent two-day test at Road Atlanta proved that the car and team have what it takes to propel me forward on the next step in my racing journey.”

Dupont is new to BHA but experienced with the Hyundai brand, racing the Veloster N TCR with van der Steur Racing in 2021 and earning several top-five finishes.

“Upon arriving in the U.S., it became apparent that BHA and Hyundai set the benchmark in TCR,” Dupont said. “I am thrilled to be a part of their team. This new chapter will feel familiar as I’ll be sharing the car with Preston, with whom I’ve been working for a little while now.”

BHA has won the past five Touring Car (TCR) class team and driver championships in the Michelin Pilot Challenge, leading Hyundai to four straight manufacturer title. The 2024 season begins with the BMW M Endurance Challenge at Daytona International Speedway on Jan. 26. BHA will announce its full driver lineup in early January.
