DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Gou Racing confirms its participation in the 2026 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge (IMPC) season, continuing the team’s commitment to competing at the highest level while building on recent momentum.
For 2026, Gou Racing will partner with Stallion Motorsports in a collaboration focused on boosting mutual performance on and off the track.
While Stallion Motorsports is a new operation, the program is backed by experienced drivers and personnel who bring valuable knowledge and proven capability to the effort.
Stallion Motorsports will be operated out of Gou Racing’s Texas-based shop and will run out of Gou Racing’s race trailer on event weekends. This expanded two-car operation will allow the program to collect double the data, accelerate development, and fully capitalize on the combined experience and knowledge of both organizations.
As part of the 2026 structure, Marcos DeLeon will join the program as onsite engineer, working closely with Erik Petersen (Engineering) to support car performance, execution, and weekend operations. Trevor McClure, a seasoned race strategist, will also join the program to further strengthen race-weekend decision-making and strategy.
Gou Racing’s driver lineup remains unchanged. Eduardo Gou and Eddie Gou will continue the father-son campaign in the CUPRA Leon VZ TCR for the 2026 season.
Additional program details, including further operational updates and partner announcements, will be shared as the season approaches.
