I hear duplicate audio feeds in Chrome

  • Click the 3 dots on the top right, and select ‘Settings’.
  • Then on the left panel, you should see a ‘Reset settings’ option.
  • Then select > Restore settings to the original defaults > Reset Settings

I've been waiting for the race to start but it never does.

For desktop browsers, to quickly open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, ensure that the browser is open and selected, and press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). Also, please ensure any AD BLOCKING SOFTWARE is disable otherwise the player will never play. If this doesn't work, try the tips below.

The video quality is poor. The picture is blocky, freezing, or constantly buffering.

Check your download speed.

In order to have smooth standard definition video, it's usually recommended to have a connection that is more than 2 Mb/s.

Remember that you're sharing your bandwidth with everyone on your network. Are you streaming another video? Gaming? Watching Netflix, Hulu, or Prime? All of these will use up your bandwidth.

 

I'm getting the error message, “there was a problem with the stream.”

There was a problem loading the file. First, try reloading your browser.

If you still receive the message, it could be a problem on our end and we have someone working on it.
