ABOUT CADILLAC

A leading luxury auto brand since 1902, Cadillac is growing globally, driven by an expanding product portfolio that features distinctive design and technology. More information on Cadillac appears at www.cadillac.com.

As recipient of the 2022 IMSA Marketing Achievement Award, Cadillac has used the IMSA partnership and events as an automotive marketing platform to launch the Blackwing family of vehicles, as well as creating three special track edition vehicles honoring the brand’s racing heritage at Sebring, Watkins Glen and Road Atlanta. Beyond the showroom, Cadillac utilizes IMSA races as a tool to engage with fans and enthusiasts, from ride and drive programs to car corrals, midway displays, hospitality activations and even podcasts.

The IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship features two styles of cars – Prototype (P), which showcases the latest automotive technology and are uniquely designed for the racetrack, and Grand Touring (GT), which is based on road-going production models. These two styles of cars make up the series’ three classes – Prototype, GT Daytona PRO (GTD PRO) and GT Daytona (GTD).
