ALTON, Va. – It was a busy weekend at America’s Motorsport Resort with five IMSA-sanctioned series battling on VIRginia International Raceway’s 3.27-mile, 17-turn natural terrain road course.
The GT classes of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship headlined the weekend in the Michelin GT Challenge at VIR, joined by the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge, Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America and Idemitsu Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by BFGoodrich Tires.
