ROBERT NOAKER, No. 13 Robert Noaker Racing Ford Mustang Dark Horse R (DH) – “We came in to the weekend hearing that there was new pavement here. Usually new pavement stays grippy for a few years. After we ran our first practice we thought, Wow, this is now what we thought it would be. We had to regroup and rethink our strategy on what we need to do. The second practice we still missed the mark a bit, but qualifying got a bit better. During the first race yesterday we really got the setup down, Can’t thank the team and partners enough, Ford Performance, Red Line oil, and everyone that helps us be here. ”

DEVIN ANDERSON, No. 22 TechSport Ford Mustang Dark Horse R (DH) – “I’m super happy to be here at Laguna Seca with the Ford Mustang Dark Horse R. The car is amazing, it’s been handling the track amazing. It feels like I can do no wrong out there with 500HP underneath me. I’m super happy to take second behind Noaker, he’s super talented. I just love being here and being involved. I love Ford!”.

SANDY SATULLO, No. 7 Robert Noaker Racing Ford Mustang Dark Horse R (DH) – “Another good team effort. RNR really showed what they can do out there. Great car every race. We made a few setup adjustments, and I wasn’t used to the car, but we got in the rhythm after the first few laps and was able to maintain that pace, overall great weekend for us.”

ALEX BACHOURA, No. 33 Spark Performance Ford Mustang Dark Horse R (DHL) – “Sparky and Spark Performance gave me an awesome car. It turned well. I just went a little bit at a time, stayed conservative and didn’t go off. The guy that made the least amount of mistakes was going to win this. I went out on an old tire thinking I was going to be at a disadvantage, but it didn’t seem to be. We have a really good platform and I just drove the hell out of that thing. It was so much fun.”

ALFONSO DIAZ, No. 15 TechSport Ford Mustang Dark Horse R (DHL) – “Well, second place is usually celebrated, but we didn’t have the pace that Alex had this weekend. He had a good set up. Our Ford Mustang Dark Horse R is just a wonderful car to drive. The Michelin tires were really good in the race. I’m not sure where we are in points, but we should be close to second already. We’re making a comeback.”

STEPHEN VAJDA, No. 10 NV AutoSport Ford Mustang Dark Horse R (DHL) – “The race was amazing. This was my first time here at Laguna, it’s an amazing track. The Mustang Dark Horse R around this track was amazing. Definitely want to thank all the boys at NV Autosport and Gradient, they helped us throughout the weekend. In practice we only got a couple laps, so to come back today and finish on the podium is a great way to end the weekend.

The Dark Horse Legends competition is just as good as the Dark Horse class. Tom and I had a good battle there are the end, my tires were going a little bit. It’s always hard racing but clean racing, and why I love the series.”
