The IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge series runs primarily 45-minute single-driver sprint races and selected multi-driver endurance racing events. The series includes Le Mans Prototype 3 (LMP3) entry level, closed cockpit prototype race cars and two production-based classes, Grand Touring Daytona X (GTDX) and Grand Sport X (GSX), with race cars built to international GT3 and GT4 technical regulations. The new IMSA Airbnb Endurance Challenge features both P3 cars and one-make BMW M2 Racing cars in selected two-hour, two-driver races.
