Success in the USA:

Audi Sport customer racing, USA, began their long-anticipated US debut in 2012 with the Audi R8 LMS. In a few short years, the US market has seen much success, winning the 2013 and 2016 Rolex 24 At Daytona and the 2014 Petit Le Mans. Since 2014, USA race teams have consistently finished in the top three for driver and championship points including the 2016 Manufacturers Championship. There is now a strong internal infrastructure with technical and parts support available throughout the season. In 2020, Audi Sport customer racing will defend the Michelin Pilot Challenge Audi R8 LMS GT4 GS Class Driver and Team Championships’ as well as the RS 3 LMS TCR Manufacturers’ Championship.  Audi now offers four customer racing products that are approved to compete in US racing series. No other manufacturer can promote customer racing products available for GT3, GT2, GT4, and TCR competition.
