By Tony DiZinno
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Memorial Day weekend is considered by many a motorsports “holiday” of sorts, with the Coca-Cola 600 in Charlotte, the Indianapolis 500 and Monaco Grand Prix the traditional highlights. The extended weekend is also a great chance to take some time off the clock and catch up, whether that’s with friends or family or to dive into viewing options that have sat unwatched.
In 2025, IMSA is featured in a lot of digital offerings, with a bevy of streaming options making their way around various platforms. Here’s a rundown and key links to series that are streaming now or are upcoming very soon:
“Win the Weekend” – Season 3 – IMSA YouTube

After the first season focused on the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship’s new Grand Touring Prototype (GTP) class and the second on the Grand Touring Daytona (GTD and GTD PRO) ranks, this year is highlighting a mix of manufacturers, people and strategies across the board that make the WeatherTech Championship so interesting. The first three are out now, with the fourth set to focus on the most recent round, the TireRack.com Monterey SportsCar Championship from WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.

New 2024 or 2025 Offerings
When NASCAR went to Le Mans with a modified Chevrolet Camaro ZR1 fielded by Hendrick Motorsports as part of a “Garage 56” program for the 100th anniversary 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2023, it was a massive undertaking by multiple entities. On June 12, check Amazon Prime Video for the debut of “American Thunder: NASCAR to Le Mans.” You can view the official trailer here.
One of the biggest stories early on in 2025 has been Robert Wickens’ return to the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, using a special new Bosch hand control braking system to pilot the No. 36 DXDT Racing Corvette Z06 GT3.R. In a Autosport and Bosch documentary, you can view Wickens and key team and Bosch personnel in “From Wheelchair to Race Car – How Robert Wickens Overcame the Odds” on Autosport’s YouTube page.

Mazda Motorsports’ “First to the Finish” premiered on Amazon’s Prime Video in March with the first three episodes and the next three in mid-April. It premiered in 2024, but Cadillac Racing also assembled a full-length documentary called “No Perfect Formula,” via Cadillac’s YouTube. What might be fascinating to see now is how much the overall landscape has changed from 2024 to 2025 in terms of the manufacturer’s teams and people across both IMSA and the FIA World Endurance Championship.
The list could go on with a list of those podcasts and videos that have been around longer, but this shows there’s countless ways to stock up on this high volume of sports car visual and audio content at your viewing and listening pleasure.
